David K. Lewis II, MD — AVP, Medical & Underwriting Director, Nationwide
Dr. David Lewis joined Nationwide in 2000 as a Medical Director and gives frequent industry presentations to underwriters and medical directors at state, regional and national meetings. He received his undergraduate degrees in molecular biology and biochemistry from the University of Colorado, at Boulder. He attended medical school at The Ohio State University, where he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha honors medical society. David is board certified in emergency medicine and was recognized as a Fellow by the American College of Emergency Medicine. His areas of medical practice have also included urgent care, occupational medicine and pediatrics.
