Receptionist
Job Summary
Our office is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to perform various office administrative support duties, including handling mail, answering phones, filing and word processing. When our clients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients as soon as they arrive and assist as needed
- Answer phone in a timely manner and correctly route calls
- Operate office equipment and refill supplies as needed
- Receive and send mail packages
- Assist in imaging and copying documents
- Perform all other office tasks
Skills
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in or knowledge of Financial Services/Insurance/Life Insurance industry, a plus
Requirements
- Must have a High School diploma
- Willing to undergo a background check
