Job Summary

Our office is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to perform various office administrative support duties, including handling mail, answering phones, filing and word processing. When our clients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.


  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and assist as needed
  • Answer phone in a timely manner and correctly route calls
  • Operate office equipment and refill supplies as needed
  • Receive and send mail packages
  • Assist in imaging and copying documents
  • Perform all other office tasks


  • Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Experience in or knowledge of Financial Services/Insurance/Life Insurance industry, a plus


  • Must have a High School diploma
  • Willing to undergo a background check
